The beautiful Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, depicts Chinese New Year, The Year of the Tiger, 2010 in their incredible indoor garden, The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden.  Each season the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are recreated to express a different theme gorgeously arranged with stunning plants, flowers, trees and unique features all enhanced with spectacular lighting. A team of 140 expert horticulturists ensures that the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens maintains magnificence throughout the year.  The gardens are free to walk through, so be sure not to miss this magnificent feast for the eyes.

Speaking of feasts, if you’re looking to dine in the Bellagio there are several fine restaurants.  As for vegan and vegetarian food, try the Cafe Bellagio which overlooks the Conservatory and Gardens.  Here you can find a few vegan and vegetarian items. The Portobello Mushroom Sandwich is huge, easily shared by 2 people.  The chef is happy to leave off the cheese and make it vegan.  Delicious…my mouth is watering just thinking about it,  and for a 5 star resort good value too.

The Bellagio is an opulent and lavish hotel.  Service is outstanding.  Try to get a room overlooking the fountains if you stay there.
