Dr. Mitzi advises us to drop "complaining" for the day and, instead, focus on what’s going right in our lives.  This is based on the principle of APPRECIATION, which says that what we focus on in our lives expands.  So instead of focusing on the negative and bringing more unwanted "stuff" into our lives, why not focus on the good stuff and bring more of that into our world?  Try it.  You just may like it.  :)  For more on this concept, see Will Bowen’s book A Complaint Free World
