Loss comes in many different forms throughout our lives and includes the loss of loved ones, beloved pets, relationships and jobs. Grief can be extremely painful and seem almost too much to bear. It’s important to have support while going through the natural process of mourning.  I am trained by the American Academy of Bereavement as a bereavement facilitator.  I lovingly and gently provide you with a safe place where you can be heard and acquire tools for the healing journey. You don’t have to struggle on your own with the overwhelming emotions of sadness, anger, guilt, and aloneness as you make the passage through grief to integration and acceptance.  I am here to help you.
